IMPORTANT: You MUST download the Intuit Dome app and create an account to access your tickets. Complete your profile to enable Zoom Thru entry and earn a $10 Food & Beverage credit, which can be redeemed at concession stands throughout the arena.

Within the Intuit Dome app, there are two ways to gain access into the arena:

Game Face ID – Game Face ID allows you to Zoom Thru the entrance so you can leave your phone in your pocket and just walk right on in. To set Game Face ID. follow the steps during the profile completion process, take a selfie when prompted and save it. It’s that easy.

Identity Pass – If you don’t have Game Face ID then your Intuit Dome Identity Pass is your key to gaining access to the venue. Identity Pass requires you to have your phone in hand and your Identity Pass ready to tap upon entry.  Once you complete your profile you can add your Identity Pass to your Wallet by going to My Account Settings > My Identity Pass.

 

Intuit Dome is a cashless arena. To make purchases in our concession and retails stores you can either upload your preferred method of payment on the app OR tap your credit card upon entering & exiting the stores.

Each guest needs to have their own ticket on their phone. A unique account is needed for each person attending the show. 

If you are the owner of event tickets, you can either ‘Transfer’ or ‘Assign’ tickets to your guest(s). Transfer and Assign are two separate actions:
 

● When you Transfer ticket(s), you are no longer the owner of the tickets and will not be able to reclaim them once the recipient has accepted them. We suggest using this option if you bought the tickets for someone else or have sold the tickets.

●  When you Assign ticket(s), you remain the owner of the tickets and maintain the ability to reclaim any tickets you assign. We suggest using this option if you are unsure if someone you invited can still attend the event. This way if they can’t attend, you can easily reclaim the ticket and assign it to someone else.
 

Please Note: All guests must download the Intuit Dome app and create a profile to access their tickets once they’ve been Transferred or Assigned.

For parents and guardians, Teammate accounts are ideal for minors under 13 or other guests who need your assistance. With Teammate Accounts, you can:
 

● Link your payment method to their Teammate account. Activate/deactivate linked payments and set up spending alerts.

● Add their Identity Pass to your wallet for entry into the arena
 

Teammate accounts should be set up before entering Intuit Dome. Teammates will be given wearables at the venue entrance, in order to help them Zoom Thru the venue. Please see a Host at the main entrance for assistance. 

To gain access to one of our garages, you must have a parking pass and license plate information completed in the app. If you have a parking pass, please ensure you have completed your Vehicle Profile (found under My Profile > My Vehicles) before the event. If you do not have a parking pass, please plan on carpooling or using ride-share.
